At Poston Communications, our mission and values are built on a foundation of service – excellence in client service as well as service to our profession and our communities. As an agency, we share a passion for involvement in organizations that aim to improve our industry and our world. Our team members have varied interests and volunteer their time and efforts in individual pursuits as well.

Poston Communications sponsors the Legal Marketing Association‘s annual conference newsletter and is active in regional chapters. Account and Marketing Director Shannon Lanier is a regional board member.

Poston Communications is active in the Public Relations Society of America, including regional chapters and the PRSA Counselor’s Academy.

Poston Communications is active with the Association of Corporate Counsel Georgia Chapter and handles communications and public relations for the organization.

Dave Poston, CEO of Poston Communications, is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is active in the Media and Judiciary Conference.

Poston Communications has been recognized as a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise™ by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

Poston Communications is a member of the Georgia Prospers coalition, a partnership of business leaders committed to a prosperous Georgia that welcomes all people.

Poston Communications is active in leadership of the Florida Public Relations Association, with Poston Communications Vice President Megan Paquin serving as president of the Orlando-area chapter. Poston Communications Vice President Mikey Mooney supports AdPR Academy, a program dedicated to advancing diversity in the advertising and public relations industries, by providing mentorship at the annual Career Development Session hosted by the University of Georgia.

Poston Communications provides pro bono services for Playworks, a nonprofit dedicated to improving children’s social and emotional health through the power of play.

ARPCPoston Communications supports The Antiracist Research and Policy Center, which aims to fund scholars, policymakers, journalists and advocates to examine racial injustices, create practical policy solutions and collaborate with policymakers to implement them.

Poston Communications provides pro bono services to Action Cycling Atlanta, a nonprofit that raises money for AIDS vaccine research and organizations that provide essential programs to those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Poston Communications is active with Kids House of Seminole and provides pro bono public relations for the Central Florida child advocacy organization.

Poston Communications volunteers regularly as a team with Ronald McDonald House Charities in Atlanta and Orlando.

Poston Communications supports the American Red Cross“Missing Types” effort to encourage blood donations and has volunteered with the Georgia Home Fire Campaign, which installs free smoke alarms in homes.

Poston Communications is a member of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and supports its vision to connect and strengthen Colorado through LGBTQ+ and allied businesses.
