We are pleased to welcome Jackie Hiti to our Poston Communications team. Hiti joins Poston as the human resources and operations manager, leading all internal functions including recruitment, onboarding and employee retention, as well as all activities to foster collaboration and teamwork within the firm. Jackie will also provide support for budgeting, profitability and human resources. Jackie is located in Orlando, Florida.

The addition represents the agency’s commitment to excellent client service amid ongoing growth.

Jackie Hiti is an experienced administrative professional with a background in professional services organizations. Prior to joining Poston Communications, she served on the leadership team of a large real estate firm in Central Florida. Her background ranges from office management to assisting in operations to being a licensed assistant to agency leadership.

Jackie attended Blackhawk Technical College in Wisconsin. She has continued to take courses throughout her career to gain knowledge in areas such as communications, operations, human resources and project management.

Jackie is from the Midwest, where she owned a custom cake business that she built from the ground up. In recent years, Jackie and her family relocated to Florida and she enjoys being with her husband, two children and spoiled “furbaby.” Her hobbies include watching her son play hockey, watching her musically talented daughter perform, trips to the beach, baking and reading.
