We are pleased to welcome Fiayo Agbaje, John Brown and Shannon Holleran to our team. Agbaje is a Boston-based Account Supervisor on Poston’s Crisis and Litigation PR team, Brown is an Atlanta-based Vice President on our Content team, and Holleran supports our operations team as a Denver-based Client Services Manager. The additions come as part of the agency’s continued growth and commitment to expanding its roster of experienced professionals.
“As part of our strategic growth strategy, these additions underscore our commitment to adding seasoned team leaders across the country who deepen our bench and extend our ability to serve our clients with best-in-class service,” said agency Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel Dave Poston. “We are honored to welcome these talented individuals to our crisis, content and operations teams, and are excited about what the future holds for us together.”
Fiayo Agbaje
Agbaje has managed crisis and litigation communications, advocacy communications, and strategic public and media relations for a broad range of organizational clients and high-profile individuals. She has handled scores of diverse crisis and public affairs accounts, helping to shore up reputations, mitigate reputational challenges, and navigate policy and regulatory battles.
In her prior role at a Boston-based public relations firm, she helped protect and enhance reputations for clients involved in litigation in industries spanning real estate, manufacturing, energy, insurance and more. She managed communications functions for crises such as product recalls, workplace incidents, data breaches, regulatory investigations and boycott movements, immunizing corporate and high-profile entities against existing threats and ensuring they could respond to issues appropriately, both in the press and on social media.
Agbaje began her career in public relations at a Washington, D.C., strategy and public affairs firm and then gained additional experience in a marketing and communications role at a Capitol Hill tech company.
Experienced in both proactive, campaign-driven releases and responsive communications, Agbaje holds a Corporate Communications professional certification from Cornell University and authors a crisis management blog. She earned a bachelor’s degree in politics and international relations from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
