We are pleased to welcome Georgie Palm and Mandy Hicks to our Poston Communications team. Palm joins as director of content client services, overseeing our Poston Content division, which provides a variety of content deliverables to busy professionals. She is based in Minneapolis. Hicks is a Bowling Green, Kentucky-based director of marketing and business development who is charged with managing the growth strategy for all divisions of Poston Communications. The additions represent the agency’s expansion in new markets across the United States and reflect strategic recruiting efforts amid ongoing client growth.

Palm has been a marketing and business development professional in the legal industry for over 10 years and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota. She has extensive experience with content creation, marketing communications, business development, website development, strategic planning and public relations. At Poston Communications, she oversees our Poston Content division.
Prior to joining Poston, she served as the business development and marketing manager at a mid-sized firm in the Twin Cities and as a litigation marketing coordinator for an Am Law 200 firm.
Palm earned her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her bachelor’s degree in journalism and English literature from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Hicks brings a focus on implementing creative approaches to better engage with and provide services to clients in highly regulated industries. She has been a marketing professional for nearly two decades and most recently served as the director of marketing and communications for English Lucas Priest & Owsley, LLP (ELPO Law) before joining Poston Communications.
Her thought leadership has included the opportunity to speak at national legal industry conferences and on podcasts. She also was ELPO Law’s representative on an international panel in London, where she served as the sole marketing professional addressing 300 attorneys from across the globe. Various video projects that she has been a part of have been honored with an Emmy Award and a Telly Award.
Hicks holds numerous leadership positions, including the board of directors for the Legal Marketing Association (LMA)’s Southeastern Region and the LMA Talent Development Committee, and is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA). A firm believer that the success of one means success for all, she also serves her community on the board of directors for Arts of Southern Kentucky, chairing the Public Relations and Communications committees, the board of its foundation and its Elm Street Society. Additionally, Hicks is the incoming chair of the Center for Courageous Kids Advocacy Committee and is a partner of the Stuff the Bus Foundation.
A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Hicks also holds Core Learning Track Certification in leadership and management skills development from Harvard ManageMentor® and is a graduate of the United Way Worldwide Global Fellowship Program.
