
Poston Communications President Monica Smith Appointed to UP Orlando Board of Directors

Poston Communications is pleased to announce that its president, Monica Smith, was appointed to the 2019 board of directors of United Against Poverty Orlando (UP Orlando).
Founded in 2001, UP Orlando has earned recognition as the busiest single-site social service agency in Florida, serving an average of 525 individuals each day. All individuals served fall at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level, and the majority live in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. The organization offers a Member Share Grocery Program with a full grocery store open seven days a week and services such as crisis care, case management, counseling, educational opportunities, specialty skills training and job placement.
