ALI BEEMER, APR, Senior Account Executive

Ali Beemer is an award-winning communications professional with experience in the travel and tourism, entertainment and nonprofit sectors. As a Senior Account Executive, Ali is responsible for creating and executing media relations strategies for the agency’s clients, helping them meet (and exceed) their business goals.

Before joining Poston Communications, Ali was a public relations professional at Universal Orlando Resort, where she was responsible for leading PR efforts for new product launches throughout the destination’s theme parks and media relations initiatives in various markets across North America. In her tenure, Ali led important company-wide public relations campaigns – including the opening of Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park, Halloween Horror Nights and more.

Ali holds an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) and is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA). She currently serves on the board of directors as the President of the FPRA Orlando Area Chapter. Ali earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and is originally from Tampa, Florida.

In her spare time, you’ll find Ali frequenting Orlando’s local eateries, nature trails and theme parks. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and her dog, Buddy, catching up on the latest movies, cheering on the UCF Knights in any sport, and discovering new shops and restaurants throughout the City Beautiful.
