DAVID GRIFFITH, Vice President

David is a seasoned marketing communications professional with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple industries including legal, professional services, real estate, business, healthcare, technology and consumer brands.

Adept at managing all aspects of integrated communications, his work has resulted in increased share of voice for businesses, executives and brands. David is a trusted communications advisor and partner, delivering high-level strategies, uncovering compelling narratives and building high-performing teams to secure top-tier press.

Prior to joining Poston Communications, he worked with notable clients including Reed Smith, Baker Tilly, The Craneware Group, MilliporeSigma, Under Armour, ECCO, Pinehurst Resort and the LPGA, among others.

His passion for storytelling and ability to craft digestible and newsworthy content has resulted in placements in outlets such as the TODAY Show, Associated Press, USA Today, Bloomberg, Fox Business, Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Reuters, Yahoo! and countless other national, regional and local news media, trade publications and digital media.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Purdue University and completed coursework for a master’s degree in corporate communications from Johns Hopkins.

When not at work, David enjoys the golf course, running, wading in a trout stream, playing music, and spending time with his wife and elementary-school age son and daughter. He is an active pro-bono communications volunteer to numerous organizations in his home of Raleigh, North Carolina, including the PTA at his children’s school and the area’s YMCA youth programs.
