KRISTEN GREER, Awards and Rankings Manager

Kristen Greer is responsible for researching, organizing and generally supporting clients in professional awards and recognitions.

Kristen graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a BA degree in English and a minor in Criminal Justice, which made her an excellent fit for the legal research and publications path on which she found herself. She began her legal-focused career conducting interviews with lawyers in the United States, Germany, Belgium and beyond serving as a general researcher for Best Lawyers. She led the inaugural edition research in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Norway, Sweden and several second editions (including Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom) and expansion of practice area coverage in the United States. Working closely with software engineers, Kristen helped shift the research process to digital-led, allowing more consideration of lawyers’ time and greater insight into research results. Kristen became responsible for global research, scheduling, project management and team management for the Ones-to-Watch, traditional Best Lawyers publications, Lawyer of the Year and Law Firm of the Year research processes at Best Lawyers.

She enjoys finding solutions to issues both large and small – all in an effort to support clients and potential clients.

Kristen is fortunate to spend time with her two amazing sons, fantastic husband and two goofy dogs. She also (poorly) designs and creates stained glass art when not hanging out with her family or reading.
