As we close out this fiscal year, this report provides an integrated view of our marketing and business development performance, staffing and vendor operations, resource allocation and strategic priorities. The goal is to surface what worked, where we fell short and how we plan to build on successes and correct course in the year ahead. This summary is intended to inform executive leadership of our progress, justify resource allocation and set clear direction for next year’s efforts.
Personnel Review and Needs

- List all third party vendors or external partners used this year
- Evaluate vendor performance including deliverables, quality, responsiveness and value
- Identify vendors to retain, review or discontinue
- Note any new vendors added this year and evaluate outcomes
- Recommend vendor changes or needs for next year
Successful Campaigns and Major Wins
- Summarize top marketing, communications and business development initiatives
- Note outcomes and measurable results for each
- Highlight firm wide wins supported by marketing or communications
- Provide brief case summaries of two or three initiatives that show clear impact
Evaluation of Ongoing Campaigns and Activities
- Review performance of long term or ongoing initiatives
- Present metrics or qualitative indicators of performance
- Identify areas of strength and under performance
- Recommend whether each initiative should continue, expand, pivot or sunset
Priorities for Next Year
- Propose strategic goals aligned with the firm’s overall plan
- Identify major initiatives recommended for launch next year
- Outline expected resource needs including staffing and vendors
- Present a preliminary timeline of milestones and key deliverables
- Define success metrics for the year ahead
