Aligning Awards and Recognitions with Business Development Strategy

Law firms that wish to maintain their Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) rating must demonstrate “Three Distinct Efforts of Outreach or Engagement to Broader LGBTQ Community” from among five “demonstrate[d] ongoing LGBTQ-specific engagement that extends across the firm.” One of the five is a “supplier diversity program with demonstrated effort to include certified LGBTQ suppliers.” Poston Communications is a Certified LGBT Business  Enterprise® (Certified LGBTBE®) by the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).
