Georgie Palm is a legal marketing, content and growth strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping law firms and legal industry organizations strengthen visibility, improve business development efforts and align communications with broader business goals. As Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel at Poston Communications, she leads firmwide strategy at the intersection of marketing, business development, content, operations and legal execution.
In her role, Georgie helps oversee agency growth strategy, internal systems and cross-functional execution, with a focus on building scalable processes that support efficiency, profitability and client impact. She also continues to lead the agency’s content division, guiding strategy, staffing and workflow for thought leadership, awards and rankings submissions, executive positioning, website content and integrated communications initiatives.
A licensed attorney, Georgie brings a legal-trained perspective to strategic planning, client service, risk management and content development. Prior to joining Poston Communications, she served as a business development and marketing manager at a mid-sized firm in the Twin Cities and as a litigation marketing coordinator for an Am Law 200 firm.
Georgie earned her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her bachelor’s degree in journalism and English literature from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
In her spare time, Georgie volunteers as a crisis counselor with Crisis Text Line, a global nonprofit that provides free mental health text support through confidential crisis intervention.
