Jackie Hiti is a dynamic and accomplished professional in a senior leadership role, where she drives operational efficiency and delivers essential support throughout the organization.
With over two decades of experience across various industries, Jackie’s expertise spans office management, executive support and team leadership, forming the foundation of her ability to streamline operations and enhance productivity in a distributed work environment.
As director of operations, Jackie works closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic business goals. She manages the budget, develops and monitors operating policies and processes, and drives initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence. She is also responsible for the management of client and staff profitability, ensuring adequate resource allocation while overseeing the administration of benefits, compensation and expense reimbursements. As an advisor, she is routinely asked to provide insightful recommendations and options to the CEO regarding important business decisions.
In her human resources capacity, Jackie leads all aspects of talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluations. She administers personnel policies, ensures compliance with labor laws and maintains a supportive work environment through her ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Orlando Women Leaders. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children, attending concerts, beach days and DIY projects.
