
Kali Hammond is responsible for providing strategic guidance by anticipating and addressing clients’ communication needs and challenges. She leads creative thinking and brainstorming sessions to develop media strategies, goals and tactics. Kali has experience in government public affairs, community relations, social and digital media marketing.
She began her career in Florida with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, managing the day-to-day operations and execution of creative, social and digital media strategies. Kali brings knowledge and insight on developing informative communications campaigns, website development and maintenance, media relations and strategic planning. Most recently, she served as an account manager at CCH Marketing, where she managed social media strategies for health care clients. Kali collaborated with client marketing staff to ensure brand consistency across 32 social media platforms. She led an accounts team that worked with brand journalists and subject matter experts to craft and submit blog entries to better inform the community on health care services and trending topics. She enjoys creating public relations campaigns designed to connect with members of the community.
Kali has an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) and is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA). She serves on the board of directors for the FPRA Orlando Area Chapter.
Kali earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her graduate degree from the University of Central Florida. She also has attained doctoral candidacy status at Northcentral University School of Business.
In her spare time, Kali teaches courses at local community colleges and enjoys reading a good book. On the weekends you can find her spending time with her husband, Cody, and their dogs, Bella and Ram, usually camping at a local campground, attending a country music concert or traveling.
