Rhonda is a senior marketing leader and legal industry content strategist who leads the firm’s AI service offering, advising law firms on the responsible and strategic use of generative AI across content, PR, marketing and business development. She brings more than two decades of experience driving brand cohesion, business development impact, and revenue growth for Am Law 100 firms and professional services organizations.

At Troutman Pepper Locke, Rhonda led firmwide content initiatives during a transformative period, including the integration of generative AI into large-scale content projects in connection with the firm’s merger with Locke Lord. Her work focused on improving consistency, scalability and governance across attorney biographies, practice group materials and client-facing content, while maintaining quality and risk controls appropriate for a global law firm.

Before joining Troutman, Rhonda founded and led Rhonda Ulrich Media, a boutique consultancy serving Am Law 100 firms, mid-size practices and professional services clients. She advised leadership teams on firmwide messaging, website strategy, and high-impact content programs spanning digital, branding and multimedia initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Duane Morris LLP, where she built and scaled business development programs and led major pitch, RFP and thought leadership initiatives across multiple practices. She began her career as an attorney focused on creditors’ rights and commercial litigation and later worked as a strategic account executive at Thomson Reuters, grounding her work at the intersection of law, technology and client-focused business strategy.
